Terms and Conditions: The Marine Guardian
By enrolling in The Marine Guardian Recurring Payment Plan, you acknowledge and agree to make annual, automated payments according to these terms and conditions regarding the future recurring payments made against your credit card.
You are agreeing that, in return for the provisions of an activation plan, future recurring payments may be made against the credit card provided without the presence of a) the card or b) the card holder and that payment may be made to The Marine Guardian. These payments will be made annually from the date of activation.
By checking the box, you authorize The Marine Guardian to charge your designated payment method for the agreed-upon amount annually from the date of activation or sending in the activation form.
Updating Payment Information: It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is accurate and up to date. Any changes to your payment method should be promptly communicated to The Marine Guardian in writing via email to info@themarineguardian.com.
Cancellation or Modification: You can cancel your activation at any time by putting in writing to The Marine Guardian within 30-day notice of renewal. To cancel or modify your activation plan in the Recurring Payment Plan, you must notify The Marine Guardian in writing either via mail or email at info@themarineguardian.com in which case your portal will be de-activated.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, The Marine Guardian will attempt to notify you and may temporarily suspend access to certain services until the outstanding payment is resolved.
Refunds: Recurring payments are non-refundable. Refund requests for other services must be made in accordance with The Marine Guardian’s standard refund policy.
Termination of Plan: The Marine Guardian reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Recurring Payment Plan at its discretion. In such cases, you will be notified in advance.
Communication: You agree to receive communications related to the Recurring Payment Plan electronically or through other means. It is your responsibility to review all communications promptly.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of Florida [Broward County] in which The Marine Guardian corporate office is located.
By activating The Marine Guardian Service Plan, you are automatically enrolling in an annual recurring payment plan, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. The Marine Guardian reserves the right to update or modify these terms, and any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
