Orders and pricing
Prices are shown on each product page in US dollars. Every Guardian system requires an active annual service plan to operate.
Service plans and automatic renewal
Guardian service plans are annual and charged up front for the full year. They renew automatically on the anniversary of the date you signed up, and recurring payments are processed through Intuit.
You can cancel any time before your renewal date by calling 800-397-9807. We do not refund time remaining on a cancelled plan, and we do not pause plans.
Owners who are selling a boat can renew for a 3 month or 6 month term instead of a full year. Owners who buy a new boat and install a new Guardian system can transfer the time remaining on their plan to the new boat.

Shipping
Shipping is free on all orders and we ship with UPS Ground. See our Shipping page.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return, on an unused unit in its original packaging. You cover return shipping and the original shipping charge is not refunded. See our Returns and Refunds page.
Warranty
Devices purchased directly from The Marine Guardian carry a 24 month manufacturer warranty against defects in material and workmanship. See our Warranty page.
